I would give zero stars if I could. I paid 3X the rate of their normal room, being it was Labor Day weekend, which I get. I certainly was not worth what I paid -- but, it gets SO MUCH WORSE. I was put into a bug-bed infested room, and ended up getting over 100- bites in one night. The staff on site moved us to another room, but the property refused to compensated us for the disgusting inconvenience. On top of that -- apparently, the incident was not documented, so it is highly likely that the infestation will spread. I trusted they would have good business practices, and foolishly acted out of good faith in dealing with the issue.
When I called the property the next week, dealing with incredible anxiety that I may end up with a bed big issue in my home, I was basically hung up on and not provided any compassion. I do not recommend going here, and certainly do not recommend booking through a third-party service because that was used as an excuse as to why they would not compensate us.
I am sorely disappointed, and disgusted.
