Smores with the kids at 10pm at the fire pit. Listening to the live folk band at the Bevy. Indoor swimming during a rain storm. Beach time in the lake. Mini-golf out our back door (We played twice). Brunch that is to die for. And the VIEW the VIEW the VIEW. We walked into town twice to go to the Town park for live music and then fireworks on the beach. My kids were even invited to throw candy from the float in the 4th of July parage. Thank you to the wonderful staff who ran to get the towels we forgot, made a fire on the front hill after her shift was up, and made up our favorite drinks. We had the BEST family time in a long time.
I know one reviewer noted the lack of facilities operational but that was not our experience. Pool was great. Mini golf course was fabulous. Large outdoor playground for kids. Basketball courts were open. I know the saunas were not operational yet but this place is amazing for just opening two weeks ago.
