Experience the grasslands in winter! See the raptors that migrate south from the Arctic, as well as other birds that winter in the grasslands. Expect to see endangered Short-eared Owls and threatened Northern Harriers, as well as Rough-legged Hawks, Cooper’s Hawks, Great Horned Owls, Barred Owls, Snow Buntings, Horned Larks, and more. Most years, we are lucky enough to see a Snowy Owl.

Meals are at locally owned establishments, most are farm-to-table.  Your accommodation will be at the historic Queensbury Hotel, in Glens Falls, NY.

Each tour group is limited to six guests plus a local guide.
