Yes, it's gentle.

Yes, it's ok to be new to yoga.

Yes, it's ok if you haven't felt flexible in a while.

And it's also ok if you practice yoga regularly and would like to try in a new space.

Our space is gorgeous, with gleaming wood floors, traditional Adirondack logs, and welcoming energy.

Please bring a yoga mat of you have one, and we will have some extras if you don't have your own.

Come move your body and feel the reward it gives you for the attention.

"Yoga is a light which once lit will never dim, the better your practice the brighter your flame" -B.K.S Iyengar

About your yoga instructor:

Clare Elizabeth Yoga is on a mission to spread yoga goodness. She specializes in yoga for beginners. She wants the world to know that yoga is for EVERY body type. It is not reserved for a certain type of person. It has benefits for young bodies, old bodies- and all in between.

Clare Elizabeth is a retired elementary teacher of 34 years, a mama of five and grandma of two sweet littles. Her yoga journey began while she was suffering from adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder). Countless physical therapy appointments, steroid shots and acupuncture left her with little relief. The debilitating pain led her into a depression. A yoga class on Instagram caught her attention. Clearly she couldn’t move her body into the poses, but she began with the breath. Through breath and stillness her path to true self care and true self love began. Yoga taught her acceptance of what is, in the here and now. She learned to accept the limitations of her body with compassion. Keeping a consistent practice, in time she began to feel a shift in her mind and body.

Healing was taking place and she was hooked.

"Yoga has a healing power, my mission is to share this goodness and let the healing begin."
