This January, indulge in the ultimate pairing experience at Adirondack Winery with our Cheese Lovers Experience, a celebration of National Cheese Lovers Day (Jan 20th) that lasts all month long! Whether you're a self-proclaimed cheese connoisseur or simply love a good wine & cheese pairing, this is an experience you won't want to miss.
Our Winemaker and Sommelier, Courtney Rankin, has hand-selected four of our finest Adirondack Winery wines to pair perfectly with a curated plate of New York's finest artisanal cheeses, creating a harmony of flavors designed to delight your taste buds.
Here’s what you’ll savor:
🍷 Fireworks Red Merlot paired with Thousand Islands Garlic & Herb Cheddar – A bold and savory match made in heaven.
🍷 Barrel Aged Chardonnay paired with Thousand Islands 3-Year Aged Sharp Cheddar – A rich and buttery complement.
🍷 Semi-Dry Rosé, Radiant Bloom paired with Nettle Meadow's Honey Lavender Chevre – A delicately sweet and floral delight.
🍷 Soaring Strawberry (Semi-Sweet Strawberry Infused White Wine) paired with Thousand Islands Cranberry Orange Cheddar – A vibrant and fruity pairing you'll dream about.
