Join us for a gentle yoga flow with an integrated Yin Yoga cool down followed by a deeply relaxing meditation with Yoga Nidra.

Through this practice, Nicole willl help direct your consciousness inwards to create more energy, space and breath; aiding you to release stagnant energy and tension within your mind and body.

You will learn to cultivate awareness within as Nicole leads you into a deep state of presence and connection to self through this multifaceted practice, all within the Blue Wave Meditation Room.

Ease out of the practice slowly with complimentary tea to calm the nervous system, while still immersed in the healing scalar energy waves.
