Shamrock Shuffle 5 Mile Run & Leprechaun Leap

The Shamrock Shuffle is a 5 mile race on a basically flat and fast loop-certified course. The Leprechaun Leap is a 7/8-mile run for ages 12 and er. Run, sweat, and be Irish!

About this event

The Shamrock Shuffle is a 5-mile race on a fast, mostly flat, loop-certified course. Runners of all levels are welcome to participate in this annual event, which brings the community together in support of a great cause. The Leprechaun Leap, a 7/8-mile fun run for children 12 and under, offers young participants a chance to join in the festivities. Run, sweat, and embrace the Irish spirit!

Supporting a Meaningful Cause

Proceeds from the event benefit Project: Cameron’s Story, an organization dedicated to supporting the bonding of parents with premature babies in the NICU.

  • Check-In & Race Day Registration: 8:00 AM – 10:00 AM at the Glens Falls High School Gymnasium

Registration Information

  • Entry Fee: $28 ($35 on race day)
  • Adirondack Runners Members: $23, including race day registration

  • Mail-in Registration: Make checks payable to The Adirondack Runners and send to:

  • All entries are non-refundable. If the race is canceled, registrations will be deferred to the following year.

Race Highlights

  • Course: A fast, looped 5-mile course through Glens Falls
  • Perks: Long-sleeve T-shirts for the first 300 entrants, post-race snacks, and enthusiastic volunteers
  • Awards: Top three male and female finishers in 10-year age groups (no duplicate awards), plus awards for the top three wheelchair participants
