Bring your yoga mat, and any other elements (fuzzy socks, comfy blanket, small pillow) that can help you relax and feel comfy as you absorb the sound of the crystal singing bowls.
Allow the soothing vibrations of the singing bowls to gently guide you into a peaceful state, creating the perfect space to connect with your dreams and envision the life you desire. This sound bath will help you align your energy to a positive state.
