Join us and learn how to use mindfulness techniques, coupled with creative efforts like drawing, painting and journaling, to help manage the stressors of your life.These workshops are particularly helpful for parents transitioning their children back to school and re-establishing the "school year routine".
Come for one, two or all three sessions!
$50 each (materials included)

Age 18+ only.
Wear comfortable clothing suitable for simple stretching.
Your instructor and workshop leader is Mary Kane, a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, with 20 years of experience working with individuals, couples and families. Her knowledge will help you bring some centeredness into your busy schedule. Mary is also a creative individual who has worked as an interior designer/ decorator, and holds a degree in music.
