The Harrison Freer Rotary Community 5K Run/Walk - 2025

About this event

We are excited to announce the Harrison Freer Rotary Community 5K Run/Walk to be held on April 12, 2025 at 9:30AM at SUNY Adirondack. This year’s 5K is named in honor of local Rotarian and community advocate Harrison Freer, who passed away last year. This year’s beneficiaries include: Family YMCA of the Glens Falls Area, Glens Falls Hospital, and the Feeder Canal Alliance.

Registration and Fees

• Adults - $30 (race day $35)
• Kids (12-Under) - $20 (race day $25)
• VIRTUAL 5K - $20

Race information

The race will start at the traffic circle on campus and finish at the north end of campus. Packet pickup is at SUNY Adirondack in the Student Center from 8 AM until 9:15, race day registration is also in the Student Center from 8 AM to 9:15 AM. Post-race celebration and refreshments will be available after the run/walk. Age group awards will be given out in the student center immediately after the competitive runners have finished the course. As this is a run/walk open to all ages, awards may be given before all walkers have finished. There are age groups as well as team awards.
