• Oysters Rockefeller with bluepoint oysters with a tender topping of spinach, herbs, cheese, and breadcrumbs, $22
• New England-Style Lobster Roll with a tender, juicy, Maine lobster, gently folded with a light, herbed lemon-mayonnaise in a buttery toasted roll and Tuscan fries, $34
• Chicken Roulade With Linguine, with a breast of chicken rolled with smoked prosciutto, spinach, and parmesan cheese, tossed with oven-roasted tomatoes and mushrooms in a natural sauce, $24
• Grilled Filet Mignon & Sea Scallops with grilled petite filet mignon and dry sea scallops, paired with carrot bundles, Dutchess potatoes, and gorgonzola-bacon butter, $41
• Duo of Chocolate-Raspberry Truffles & Chocolate Dipped Strawberries with Belgian chocolate and chambord liquor balls dusted with cocoa powder with dipped strawberries, $14
