Set against the backdrop of our gorgeous private event space overlooking the winery, this event promises an exquisite culinary experience that pays homage to the fall season and native New York grapes.

Executive Chef J.D. Salvato of Wandering Food Dude has thoughtfully crafted each dish, infused with our wines, to evoke the flavors of fall.
🍴THE MENU:
🥗 1st Course: Salad of Baby Greens w/ Roasted Root Vegetables, Cranberries, Gorgonzola & Dijon Vinaigrette infused with our Cranberry Wine.
🍷Pairing: Berry Breeze or Dry Riesling.
🍲2nd Course: Apple Butternut Squash Soup made with our Dry Riesling.
🍷Pairing: Orchard Blossom or Gewurztraminer.
🍗3rd Course: Fall Harvest Chicken Breast stuffed with goat cheese, cranberries & apples, topped w/ Adirondack Winery Moonlight Rose Sauce.
🍷Pairing: Red Carriage or Baco Noir
🍎4th Course: Pear & Apple Crisp with a delicious cinnamon crumble, topped w/ a Whipped Cream infused w/ our Orchard Blossom wine.
