About this event
Enjoy a one-hour session of gentle yoga led by Robin Weber of Summit Yoga. Relax, rejuvenate, and reflect while surrounded by artwork all around you in Lapham Gallery. Participants will need to bring their own yoga mats. Class size limited to 12 people.
To register, visit LARAC's website and go to Workshops page, or by phone 518-798-1144 x2, or stop by Lapham Gallery to register in person. Gallery hours are Mon-Sat 10am-3pm, Thursday open later to 6pm.
