Yoga Magic Family Yoga
This yoga session is designed for kids age 4-8(ish) and kids up to 10 may attend, and one of their grownups.
Family Magic classes are yoga classes that are enjoyed together as a family. Kids, parents, grandparents, aunties, uncles, other adult caregivers- all are welcome to accompany a child.
The class is structures so that both grown ups and children can truly enjoy themselves! It includes storytelling, partner poses, games, singing, dancing, and mindfulness practice.
In this fun, lively class you will explore breathing exercises, yoga poses and learn tools to manage emotions.
Grown ups should plan to fully participate.
