Benefits
· Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per diem

· Expected hours: 15 hours or more

· Monday to Friday

· Overtime

Responsibilities
· As a Maintenance Technician at Lake Motel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our facilities

· This is a full-time position with the expectation of working weekends

· Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance in guest rooms

· Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address issues promptly

· Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance-related concerns in a timely manner

· Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities

· Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work

Qualifications:
