About the Skating Rink

This skating rink is made of synthetic ice, which means we don't have to rely on the weather for outdoor skating to be available.

The rink was constructed alongside the new Lights at the Lake at Charles R. Wood Park (with additional lights at Shepard Park).

Students at the Lake George Junior/Senior High School are using the skating rink for gym classes.

Parking for Ice Skating

The skating rink is situated in the Beach Road parking lot, which still has spaces open for skaters.

You can also park on the nearby Elizabeth Little Boulevard, across from Lights at the Lake (note, your GPS may still have this road under the former name, West Brook Road).

Street parking is available along Canada Street and side streets.
